I'm having problems retaining members, because they want a guild website and a guild Ventrilo Server.
I'm trying to save up a little extra money, but for now i'm strapped for cash. I hosted one on my computer tonight, and it took about 30 minutes to configure. About half the people couldn't connect, but the real problem was the lag between them talking and when I could hear it. It would take about 3 seconds, based on what they were typing in game. Way too long. I'm going to have to find a cheap place to host it, preferably one with a guild site too.
