I got enough signatures on my guild charter today. Unfortunately, people left right away, but at least I have the guild tag under my name now.
I'm sitting in Tirisfal glades inviting people as they spawn new toons, and its working very well. New members are making each other feel welcome, and its beginning to look like a legit guild now.
